We Acquire Businesses Built To Last
About
Gardner Acquisitions & Closings is a Newport Beach, California-based private acquisitions firm founded in 2023 by Ron D. Gardner.
The firm was built with a simple but ambitious mission: acquire, preserve, and grow great businesses while protecting the legacy of the owners who built them.
After successfully building and operating companies from the ground up, Ron set his sights on acquisitions as part of a larger lifelong vision: to own 100 businesses. Rather than starting every company from scratch, he saw the power in acquiring established, profitable businesses with strong teams, loyal customers, and years of operating history.
We Understand
We understand that selling a business is not just a transaction. For many owners, it represents decades of sacrifice, risk, family commitment, employee loyalty, and personal identity. That is why our approach centers on more than price alone. We care about continuity, confidentiality, speed, and preserving the legacy that already exists.
Our Focus
Gardner Acquisitions & Closings is especially focused on businesses where strong operations, recurring demand, and long-term customer relationships create a foundation for continued growth. We seek opportunities where ownership transition can be handled responsibly and where the business can continue serving its employees, customers, and community.
